Hey there, I’m Ryan Faircloth, the founder of White Knight Homes. I’ve been involved in real estate investing since 2014, and what started as a side passion has turned into my full-time mission - helping people find a real path to homeowner through Rent-To-Own and Owner Financing programs.
Before diving into real estate full-time, I worked as a general contractor. That hands-on experience taught me how to truly understand homes - from the foundation to the final finish - and it gave me the ability to look at every property as a long-term investment, not just a short-term flip. In 2019, I decided to go all in on real estate, and within a few short years, I expanded our portfolio over tenfold across North Carolina.
My goal is simple - to create opportunities for people who may not qualify for traditional bank financing but still deserve a place to call home. Real estate can often feel like a lonely journey, but I believe it doesn’t have to be. I’ve learned that when you build trust, stay transparent, and work as a team, everyone wins.
At the end of the day, I remind myself - “Teamwork makes the dream work.” That’s the mindset I bring to every deal, every renovation, and every family we help become homeowners.
